The Shatterproof Chain Bracelet

The Shatterproof Nylon Bracelet

Grief doesn’t always look like sadness. Sometimes, it looks like shame, disconnection, or the constant pressure to hold it all together. It can leave you questioning your worth, hiding your pain, and struggling to feel present in your own life.
This collection of two grounding reminders was co-created with ESPN reporter and author Lauren Sisler, who knows the power of owning your story—even the hardest parts. After losing both of her parents to addiction and keeping it hidden for years, Lauren found healing through vulnerability, presence, and the courage to be seen.
These bracelets are designed to help you do the same: to stand in your story, reclaim your strength, and find peace in the present.

About Lauren Sisler
Lauren Sisler is an Emmy and Edward R. Murrow award-winning ESPN reporter and the author of Shatterproof. After losing both of her parents to addiction just hours apart, she spent years hiding her truth. Today, she uses her voice to help others find strength in vulnerability and purpose in their pain. Her story reminds us all that being “shatterproof” doesn’t mean unbreakable—it means learning how to rebuild.

About the Book: Shatterproof
In her memoir, Shatterproof: How I Overcame the Shame of Losing My Parents to Opioid Addiction (and Found My Sideline Shimmy), Lauren Sisler shares her deeply personal journey of loss, grief, and healing. At 18, Lauren lost both of her parents within hours due to hidden opioid addictions—a tragedy she kept secret for years. Through candid storytelling, she reveals how confronting her pain allowed her to reclaim her voice and purpose.
This book is not just a memoir; it's a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and a guide for anyone facing their own challenges. Lauren's story encourages readers to embrace their truths, find strength in vulnerability, and recognize that they, too, are shatterproof.
Shatterproof is available now at major retailers, including Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Lauren's official website.

Why We Created This
At Presently, we believe healing happens when we stop hiding and start honoring what we’ve lived through. This collection was created alongside Lauren to help you do just that.
Each bracelet is a quiet act of self-love—a reminder to show up for your story and ground yourself in the present moment.
