This collection of reminders was co-created with psychologist and wellness expert Dr. Carolyn Rubenstein to support those navigating chronic overwhelm. Each phrase is rooted in Carolyn’s clinical work and lived experience with burnout—and designed to meet you in the moments when you forget what you need most.

About Dr. Carolyn Rubenstein
Carolyn Rubenstein, Ph.D., is a licensed psychologist who specializes in anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. Through her therapy practice, writing, and online presence, she helps individuals embrace their humanness and find ease in the midst of high expectations. Her work is rooted in evidence-based tools, self-compassion, and the belief that healing starts when we give ourselves permission to pause.

Why We Created This
At Presently, we believe that mental wellness starts with accessible, everyday tools—like a bracelet that interrupts burnout patterns and brings you back to yourself. These three reminders were developed alongside Carolyn to do exactly that.
They are subtle, wearable, and deeply supportive—especially in the moments when you forget to ask yourself what you need.
